Postcards

Thank you for choosing Biroart.com.au by Inked Legacy Co.

Shipping costs and destinations

Available delivery destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

Production and delivery

Production time is separate from shipping time. Any delivery estimates shown on a product page or at checkout are estimates unless expressly stated to be guaranteed. If no estimate is shown, please contact us before ordering for current production and delivery information.

Tracking and delays

Where tracking is available, details will be provided after dispatch. If your order appears delayed or missing, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. This does not limit your rights if an order is not delivered within an agreed or reasonable time.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if your address needs correcting. Changes may not be possible once production or dispatch has begun. Any additional delivery cost will be discussed with you before a new charge is made.

International orders

Where international delivery is available, import duties or taxes may apply under your destination country’s rules. Any charges collected by us will be shown at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about other destination charges.

Damaged deliveries

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we assess the issue. Photographs and original packaging are helpful but are not conditions of your statutory rights.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For a minor problem, we will provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, further remedies may be available.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us through the Contact us form with your order number or other proof of purchase and a description of the issue. If possible, include photographs. We will assess the problem and explain the next steps. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Return costs

Where a product has a confirmed fault, we will cover reasonable return costs. Keep any postage receipts. We will arrange collection where required for items that are large, heavy or difficult to return. Original packaging is not required to exercise your consumer rights.

Change of mind

We do not offer returns or exchanges solely for a change of mind, including choosing the wrong size or frame option. Please check the product details carefully before ordering. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not match its description.

Cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. We will check whether production or dispatch has begun and explain the available options. This does not limit any cancellation right you have under applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where practicable. We will confirm when the refund has been processed. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the funds.

No fixed limit on statutory claims

Any voluntary return arrangements do not impose a fixed deadline on claims under the Australian Consumer Law. Sale items and made-to-order items retain applicable consumer guarantees.

These terms apply to purchases from Biroart.com.au by Inked Legacy Co. By placing an order, you agree to these terms as presented at the time of purchase.

Products and artwork

Please read each product listing for the size, materials, frame options and included items. Product images illustrate the artwork and presentation. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. This does not limit our obligation to supply goods that match their description.

Prices and payment

The currency, product price, applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment. Please review the total and selected options carefully. Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. If a product becomes unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue. We will obtain your agreement to any change or provide a refund if we cannot fulfil the order.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping policy and Returns and refunds policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those under the Australian Consumer Law.

Use of artwork

Purchasing a print does not grant permission to reproduce, resell copies of, or commercially use the artwork. Any separate licence must be agreed in writing. This clause does not claim rights beyond those held by us or our licensors.

Website use

You must not use this website for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access. We may restrict misuse where reasonably necessary, without affecting rights relating to orders already placed.

Personal information

We use the information you provide to process orders, arrange delivery and respond to enquiries. Please refer to the store’s Privacy policy for details of how personal information is handled.

Changes and disputes

Updated terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change an existing purchase. Please contact us first with any concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not prevent you from seeking help from a consumer protection agency or exercising legal rights.
