These terms apply to purchases from Biroart.com.au by Inked Legacy Co. By placing an order, you agree to these terms as presented at the time of purchase.

Products and artwork

Please read each product listing for the size, materials, frame options and included items. Product images illustrate the artwork and presentation. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. This does not limit our obligation to supply goods that match their description.

Prices and payment

The currency, product price, applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment. Please review the total and selected options carefully. Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. If a product becomes unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue. We will obtain your agreement to any change or provide a refund if we cannot fulfil the order.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping policy and Returns and refunds policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those under the Australian Consumer Law.

Use of artwork

Purchasing a print does not grant permission to reproduce, resell copies of, or commercially use the artwork. Any separate licence must be agreed in writing. This clause does not claim rights beyond those held by us or our licensors.

You must not use this website for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access. We may restrict misuse where reasonably necessary, without affecting rights relating to orders already placed.

Personal information

We use the information you provide to process orders, arrange delivery and respond to enquiries. Please refer to the store’s Privacy policy for details of how personal information is handled.

Changes and disputes

Updated terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change an existing purchase. Please contact us first with any concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not prevent you from seeking help from a consumer protection agency or exercising legal rights.
