Shipping costs and destinations

Available delivery destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

Production and delivery

Production time is separate from shipping time. Any delivery estimates shown on a product page or at checkout are estimates unless expressly stated to be guaranteed. If no estimate is shown, please contact us before ordering for current production and delivery information.

Tracking and delays

Where tracking is available, details will be provided after dispatch. If your order appears delayed or missing, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. This does not limit your rights if an order is not delivered within an agreed or reasonable time.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if your address needs correcting. Changes may not be possible once production or dispatch has begun. Any additional delivery cost will be discussed with you before a new charge is made.

International orders

Where international delivery is available, import duties or taxes may apply under your destination country’s rules. Any charges collected by us will be shown at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about other destination charges.

Damaged deliveries

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we assess the issue. Photographs and original packaging are helpful but are not conditions of your statutory rights.
